STORE PICKUP UNAVAILABLE Embracing Mactress LLC operates exclusively as an e-commerce business and does not currently offer in-person order pickups or maintain a physical retail location. All orders are processed and shipped directly to your designated address. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING & HANDLING While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, certain factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. These include carrier disruptions, supply chain challenges, and unforeseen weather events. As a result, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, but we are committed to keeping you informed and working diligently to resolve any issues should they arise. Your understanding and support are greatly appreciated.
To ensure the safe and successful delivery of your order, please ship to a secure location where you or a trusted individual will be available to receive it. For security reasons, we are unable to modify delivery addresses once an order is placed. If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot make corrections. However, if notified before the order is shipped, we will cancel and issue a full refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us protect your order.
SHIPPING PROCESS Our shipping process is divided into two parts, Handling Time and Transit Time.
1. Handling Time: All products require a production process. Therefore, our handling time is between 1 to 3 business days. (Monday - Friday)
2. Transit Time: Once your order is ready and has been surrendered to the shipping carrier, the transit time is approximately 4-7 business days (Monday - Friday)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING At this time, Embracing Mactress LLC does not offer international shipping. We currently serve customers within the United States and look forward to expanding our shipping options in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
INSURANCE & LOST PACKAGES
At Embracing Mactress LLC, all shipments are insured up to $100. However, we are not responsible for packages lost due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Tracking and insurance details are included with every order. If a package is not received, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier using the provided insurance information.
Embracing Mactress LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline reshipping or refunding orders reported as lost or undelivered.

TRACKING INFORMATION
A tracking number will be provided for all orders. Please note that receiving a tracking number indicates that your shipping label has been created, not that the package has been picked up by the carrier. This serves as confirmation that your order is in process.
We aim to hand off all packages to the carrier within three business days after payment is received. However, as all Embracing Mactress products are handcrafted daily, we cannot guarantee specific shipping dates or times.
